Missing LA Fashion.. not LA.

Is it me? or do other people also dress differently in different countries/cities/areas.
I always change up my wardrobe when I am in Cebu (more casual, girly) Manila (more dressy, daring)
LA (more hipster, hobo, retro) Hongkong (mixy-matchy, loose, flowy) SF (more urban, street)

Oh how I miss LA fashion: comfortable loose tees, boots, jackets etc..
I love LA fashion since it always looks "cool & effortless"
